Pepper Chicken Fillets, Roast Veg And Coleslaw

RECIPE

Pepper chicken fillets and roast veggies

Pepper chicken 🍗
4 chicken fillets slit in ½
Marinate with
4 tablespoon qualifresh pepper sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon sauce it coriander sauce
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon Robertsons chicken spice
1 teaspoon garlic paste
Cook with butter till done.

Mix together
¼ cup cream
3 tablespoon qualifresh pepper sauce
2 tablespoon sauce it coriander sauce
Throw over chicken and grill in oven.
Serve with roast veg and roti.

Roast veg
1 packet cut up roast veg from pnp.
Melt 3 tablespoon butter in pot
Add in veggies
Sprinkle
Garlic salt, Aromat (a South African Spice), lemon pepper, garlic salt & garlic flakes.

Serve with chicken.

Coleslaw
1 packet ready cut coleslaw pnp
Mix in mayonnaise, s&p and cream.
