2-3 Chicken Fillets ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar⅛ cup brown sugarSalt & pepper ½ teaspoon paprika In a bowl mix the vinegar and the brown sugar.Season your chicken with pepper,salt and paprika. Cook chicken in a pan. When you flip the chicken, then baste your chicken with the vinegar mixture.Every time you turn your chicken baste it again with your vinegar.Cook for 10-15 minutues. Baste one last time before you remove it.
For dressing 1 tablespoon olive oil or your choice of oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon honey a pinch of saltpepper to tasteMix all of the ingredients together, and whisk until smoothToss it onto the salad of your choice.￼￼
