With Peppers (Capsicum)Almost jalfrezyEverything is added altogetherRawIn a pot add 3 tablespoon oilAdd 500g cut up lamb pieces1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste1 medium onion slicedLittle whole Jeeru (Cumin) whole peppers tuj (cinnamon stick) and Elachi (cardomom) few Curry leaves½ teaspoon tumeric2 teaspoon kashmiri masala11/2 heaped teaspoon Dhana jeera 1 teaspoon chilli powderSalt to taste 2 medium tomatoes gratedCook all together on low heatAdd water only if neessaryWhen almost done Add chunky pieces of robot peppers Cook till soft And gravy is reducedGarnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Serve with rice / naan rolls /rotis/ or breadEnjoy
