500g minced mutton / chicken
1 onion - grated
Fine salt to taste
½ cup fresh dhania (coriander) (coriander) - finely sliced
1 teaspoon jeera seeds (cumin) - crushed
1 &½ tablespoon mint - finely sliced
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
Approximately 4 green chillies - crushed
½ teaspoon black pepper - crushed
½ teaspoon tumeric powder
1&½ teaspoon baking powder
Wash the mince & drain excessive water. Add all ingredients to mince & mix well. Form into balls depending on size u want. Fry lightly in oil over medium heat. Remove and enjoy...
