INGREDIENTS

Base 313g digestive Biscuit 5 tablespoon. Butter melted
Cheesecake 313g cream cheese 110g icing sugar235g chocolate spread 625ml whipping cream
25 ferrero rocher

METHOD

Base Crush the biscuits and the butter mixture well. Add ½ tablespoon. Of the mixture into the cup and set aside
Cheesecake In a bowl beat cream cheese, icing sugar and chocolate spread beat well now add the whipping cream and beat until stiff peak Add the mixture to a piping bag fitted a circle nozzle and pipe on top of the biscuits.Chill in the fridge for an hour.Now add the ferrero rocher on top and serve
