Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem 1 x 250ml fresh cream⅓ cup of castor sugar + 1 tablespoon Beat together 2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla essence Beat together and egg to whipped creamBeat again in machine Then sieve 2 & ½ cups cake flour and 4-5 teaspoons baking powderAdd to cream and egg mixture and mix by hand. Turn out onto floured surface & pat down to 2 cm thick. Cut with medium round cutter & place onto baking tray. Brush with egg Bake at 180 for about 20 minutes. Serve with strawberry jam & whipped cream
