1 egg Mixed with 1 cup fresh cream 2 cups flour Dash of salt4 tspns baking powder 2 tblspoons sugar
METHOD
Mix egg into fresh cream Sieve dry ingredient together Add dry ingredients to egg and cream Using your hand make a soft dough do not over work scone DoughPat down on floured board wth hands and cut wth scone cutter Bake 205C for 10 to 12 minutes
