Marinate in the ffg: 1 tablespoons Sujee fish and prawn masala 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon tomato sauce 2 teaspoon garlic
Allow to marinate for a few hours.
Relish Dice 1 onion, green pepper and tomato
Add ghee (Clarified butter) to frying pan and cook fillets till done. Keep aside any extra marinade that's in the bowl. You will need it for the relish
One the fillets are done, remove from the pan and add in your onion, pepper and tomato and extra marinade. Cook for about 5 minutes till well done. Spoon one onto the fillets. Serve with savoury rice and fries.
