Healthy Pan Fried Fish

Ingredients:1 box hake medallions½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon white pepper½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder1 teaspoon garlic paste½ teaspoon ground green chillies2 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoon oil
Method:1. Whilst heating a pan on medium heat, mix all ingredients.2. Make sure fish is defrosted and all water gently squeezed out. 3. Coat fish in marinade on either side. 4. Place in hot pan and cook for 2min on either side.5. Serve with salad and dressing of choice.
