1 kg chops( I used loin)
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste with ground green chillies(Amina's brand) salt to taste(1 teaspoon salt)
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
2 tablespoons lemon and herb sauce Minnies/Nandos
½ teaspoon garlic and herb spice (or garlic man brand)
2 tablespoons mustard sauce( I used 1 tablespoon)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
( I also added 1 teaspoon chillie powder & ½ teaspoon Huldi)
marinate chops in above for 2-3 hours or overnight,then cook with little ghee (Clarified butter) till tender on stove on low(30mins don't add any water) beat 3 eggs(I used 2) add half teaspoon garlic(I used ½ teaspoon garlic flakes)¼ teaspoon salt ,½ teaspoon plain Aromat (a South African Spice), ¼ teaspoon baking powder,tablespoon milk(I also added a little huldi to the eggs)coat chops in eggs mixture and fry in shallow oil on low.
