Make a thick paste smear over fish. Leave to Marinate.Heat a pan add 3 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon garlic then fry fish on both sides until nicely done.If u have left over masala,fry that in the same pan adding in 1-2 tablespoon tomato puree first then pour over fish. Place in oven pan, pour the excess oil over, cover with foil and place in oven on low heat-120© Garnish with dhania (coriander) & green chillies.Ideally served with rice or roti.Enjoy😋
