FOR THE FISH 800 g deboned skin off Hake Or any Fish. Rince with Vinegar waterMARINATE FISH PIECES2 tablespoon Robertsons Fish spice2 - 3 tablespoon Aminas Fish & Prawn Marinade1 heaped teaspoon Garlic paste 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon lemon juice Keep this aside for an hour or moreFry when done keep asideFor the Masala Cook in a pan 3 - 4 tablespoon Oil (from The fried fish above) 1 Large onion finely sliced or grated (water squeezed) 1 heaped teaspoon Crushed Garlic or few sliced Garlic clovesFew Curry leaves Add Mustard seeds and whole Jeeru (Cumin) seeds to your preference 1 added few shreds of Just Ginger strips2 Slit Green whole Chilli Few strips of Robot Peppers3 Medium Tomato grated 2 tablespoon Tomato puree1-2 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Dhana jeera mix 1 teaspoon of Aminas Wet masalaTumeric Paprika for colour Cook for 10 minutes tomato is almost cooked and onions are soft ADJUST SALT & CHILLIPlace a Foil sheet in the casserole Place the fried Fish pieces on the Foil. Sprinkle little chopped dhania (coriander) thenPour the almost cooked Tomato Gravy mix overBake in oven for 30 minutes Garnish if you prefer with finely chopped Shallot and dhania (coriander) SERVING SUGGESTIONServe with Stir fried Rice Or Naan Rotis Or Roti or RollsEnjoy 😋
