INGREDIENTS
500g fishLemon juice Rex ginger garlic masalaOilMustard seeds
METHOD
1. 1 box hake or any fish of your choice.
2. In a bowl make a paste with 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon tumeric ,2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon chillie powder, 2 teaspoon red ginger garlic ( I use @chilliesauthenticmasala ), 2 teaspoon dhana (coriander) powder, ½ teaspoon jeeru (cumin) (cumin) seeds and 2 tablespoon oil. Mix well and use your hands and rub on fish.
3. Best to leave in fridge to marinate overnight. Otherwise at least 2 hours. Or if you're in a rush at least 30 minutes to soak all the flavours.
4. Heat ½ cup oil, add mustard seeds, when seeds start popping then add your fish to fry, fry for 3 minutes on each side, alternatively bake on 180 for 15 minutes. ENJOY 😍
