1 kg chops (washed and fat trimmed off)
1 teaspoon ginger garlic Masala
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fine Jeeru (Cumin) (cumin)
1 heaped teaspoon fine dhania (coriander) (coriander)
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon steak and chops spice
3 tablespoon vinegar
50 g sachet of tomato paste
METHOD
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together and marinate chops for atleast an hour or overnight.
Heat some oil in a pot and add chops. Cool on medium to low heat till meat is soft and tender.
