Simple, homely & full of flavor – Bhinda Masala with hot rotis 😋

✨ Ingredients:
500 g bhinda (okra), washed, dried & sliced
Oil (for shallow fry / or airfry 10 minutes, then cut in pieces)
1 large onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
4 green chillies, sliced
1 ½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon red chilli powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
✨ Method:
1. Shallow fry / airfry bhinda and set aside.
2. Fry onion in oil until lightly golden.
3. Add tomatoes, chillies, salt, chilli powder, turmeric & coriander powder. Cook until tomato softens.
4. Add bhinda with a splash of water. Simmer on low, lid closed.
5. After a few minutes, open pot, sprinkle garam masala, close lid and steam on low for 15 minutes.
🌿 Serve hot with fresh roti.
