INGREDIENTS
Bhinda & Ghos (okra & mutton)
(Serves 3-4)

Ingredients:
4 cups chopped bhinda (okra)
1 onion (sliced)
500g mutton curry pieces
½ tablespoon red ginger garlic masala
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon mustard powder
2 tablespoon brown vinegar
2 tomatoes (liquidized)
2-3 tablespoon aamli sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
METHOD
Cut the tops and tips off bhinda. Then chop into even pieces.
Shallow fry bhinda till the stickiness has fried away.
Leave aside.
Braise onion in oil till golden.
Add masala, spices and vinegar.
Add in mutton and coat well.
Add water as needed to cook mutton till tender.
Add tomatoes, fried bhinda, aamli and lemon.
Cook till tomato has thickened.
Serve with roti/bread.
