1 cup caramel treat 300 grm white marshmallows 250 grm cream cheese 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 teaspoon caramel essence 250ml fresh cream,whipped
Mix crushed Biscuits with melted butter. Press into a cake tin. Allow to chill in the fridge while making the filling.
Pour caramel treat into sauce pan and add marshmallows. Cook on low heat until completely melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat. Now beat cream cheese and vanilla in a large bowl add marshmallow mixture and mix well. Gently stir in whipped cream and pour onto crust.
