Flavourful Salt & Pepper Wings

INGREDIENTS

12 Wings,cleaned & cut into halved¼ teaspoon garlic powder¼ teaspoon garlic salt(optional,add normal Salt½ teaspoon black pepper½ teaspoon lemon pepper¼ teaspoon onion powder1 clove garlic,crushed2 teaspoon vinegar3 teaspoon Soya sauceMarinade for I hour,& then set aside in the fridge.
Flour mixture:2 cups flour3 teaspoon Cornflour1 big spoon baking powderMix everything together in a bowl.

3 red chillies,(slices)..2 green chillies,(slices)..6 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon garlic paste or 1 clove garlic,crushed…
Spice mixture:8 teaspoon sugar¼ teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon black pepper

METHOD

Marinade all above in step 1Then add the wings to flour mixture & coat well.Fry the wings until golden in colour.Set it aside in a bowl.Heat the red & green chillies with the oil & garlic on the stove.Pour this over your wings while hot & toss with your spice mixture.Shake well..Served with naan ,roasted potatoes & garlic mayo or any sauce!!!🇵🇸

The spice mixture sounds crazy but it’s flavourful 👍Family favorite🌹🌹🌹
