1 onion (sliced)
1 piece taj
2 tablespoon oil
500g beef/mutton mince
1 1⁄2 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
3⁄4 teaspoon salt
Pinch turmeric powder
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon brown vinegar
2 tomatoes (liquidized)
3 small green bell peppers
Braise onion with taj until lightly golden. Add spices and masala, braise till fragrant.
Add washed and drained mince, with mustard and vinegar. Mix well.
Cook until no liquid remains and well braised. Add in tomatoes. Cook till half tomato liquid has reduced.
Cut off tops of peppers. Scoop out seeds and veins.
Rinse and stuff with some of mince. Cover top.
Place in remainder mince adding 1⁄2 cup water to pot.
Cook until peppers are soft and liquid has cooked out. Add more water as needed. Serve with roti.
