Double Beans & Mince

Ingredients:1 large onion (sliced)2 pcs taj (cinnamon sticks)2 elachie (cardamom) pods½ teaspoon jeeroo (cumin) seeds500g beef/mutton mince1 tablespoon red ginger garlic masala1 tablespoon brown vinegar1 teaspoon mustard powder1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder2-3 tomatoes (liquidized)1-2 cups double beans (boiled till just tender)Coriander (chopped)
Method:1. Wash and drain mince.2. Braise onion in oil with taj, elachie and jeeroo.3. When lightly golden add ginger garlic masala, spices and vinegar.4. Braise till fragrant, then add mince.5. Braise the mince till browned and no liquid remains, then add tomatoes & double beans.6. Cook till tomato has reduced, add 1 water and cook again till water has reduced.7. It should be wettish, not dry.8. Add chopped coriander and mix in. Serve with roti/bread.
