500 grams freshly ground steak minceSeasonings salt and black pepper1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste1 teaspoon freshly ground crushed red and green chillies relish1 teaspoon fresh garlic crushed 1 medium onions chopped ¾ cup chopped green and red pepper cubed 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 large eggs 2 slices bread dipped in fresh milk1 teaspoon chilli powder¼ teaspoon tumeric powder 1 Tablespoon sweet chilli saucePinch nutmeg Fresh chopped dhania (coriander)½ teaspoon lemon juicePinch sugarFresh chopped parsley Oil for shallow frying
Prepare all ingredients, chop greens, spices, egg, Seasonings on hand, soak white bread in milk squeeze and add to the mince mixture. Next bind the mixture in to round ball and fry preheated oil, Turning it around for even cooking and golden brown in colour. Serve these with Roti, chips and salad. Optional add the fried Kebabs into a tomotoe based sauce, pepper chilli serve on a bed of Savoury rice. Bon appetite ❤️Shu-Hani♥️
