Ingredients:500g mutton mince4 slices white bread1 egg1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder½ teaspoon chilli powder¾ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon white pepperPinch turmeric powder1 teaspoon ground green chillies½ teaspoon ground garlicChopped spring onionsChopped coriander
Method:1. Soak bread in little water.2. Wash & drain mince well.3. Squeeze water out from bread and add to mince.4. Add all other ingredients.5. With greased hands form cutlets.6. Leave to firm in fridge.7. Fry in shallow oil on medium heat till golden on either side.8. Serve as is with chutney.
