Mince Cutlets Rec cred: Ruhana Ebrahim,Pic cred: @mama_taught_me_well Ingredients:500g mutton mince4 slices white bread 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder1⁄2 teaspoon chilli powder3⁄4 teaspoon salt1⁄2 teaspoon white pepperPinch turmeric powder1 teaspoon ground green chillies1⁄2 teaspoon ground garlicChopped spring onionsChopped coriander Method:1. Soak bread in little water.2. Wash & drain mince well.3. Squeeze water out from bread and add to mince.4. Add all other ingredients.5. With greased hands form cutlets.6. Leave to firm in fridge.7. Fry in shallow oil on medium heat till golden on either side.8. Serve as is with chutney.
