Working mom of two who loves to be creative and try new things....
1 kg Chicken fillet (cubed and cooked in salt; garlic; lemon juice and ground green chillies)
3 cups mash potato (seasoned)
3 cups spaghetti (boiled and strained)
3 cups cheese
Mix all above ingredients together until well combined. Make small balls and flatten slightly. Dip in flour then egg and breadcrumbs. Now freezer suitable. Fry in shallow oil until golden brown.
