1 kg mince 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon huldi 2 teaspoon garlic crushed green chillies1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies whole jeera heat frying pan add sum ghee (Clarified butter) add mince and above spices cook until water burns out ,set aside ,in a dish add : 2 cups yoghurt 3 tomatoes liquidized 2 tablespoon tomato puree 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon huldi 1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) lemon juiceegg yellowsaffron essence1 teaspoon garlic crushed green chillies 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies1 teaspoon najmahs chilli paste whole spices chopped dhania (coriander)saffron strandsadd cooked mince to marinade and mix and add :¾ cup boiled Masoor (Back lentils) ½ cup peasfried cubed potatoeswhole green and red chillies mix all this togetherin a flat pot fry 3 onions in ghee (Clarified butter) and oil remove from heat once pink add the marinated mince add 3 cups boiled basmati rice add sum fried onions ,ghee (Clarified butter) ,and tint rice with boiled saffron water ,sprinkle little Masoor (Back lentils) and peas over steam for 30/45 minutes till done 🍽🥄🍚Yas T
