INGREDIENTS
3 cups of Rice(soaked in hot water)1 Chicken - disjointed2 Onions - grated3 Tomatoes - grated3 teaspoon Salt2 tablespoon Coarsely Crushed dhania (coriander)3 tablespoon Green MasalaGreen ChilliesWhole Jeera5 Carrots - grated3 - 4 Potatoes cut into 4
METHOD
Braise vagaar with onions and jeera until slightly pinkAdd crushed dhania (coriander),salt,green masala and braise for a few minutesAdd chicken and braiseAdd ½ cup water and cook till water dries outAdd potatoes,tomato and carrots and braiseAdd rice and cook on lowAdd 1 cup water Place in oven @ 180 until rice is soft and water has evaporated.Serve with kachoomer, dhai and paapar.
