INGREDIENTS
8 Wings(cut into winglets),½ teaspoon Portuguese Spice½ teaspoon Tandoori Spice¼ teaspoon Paprika 1 teaspoon Garlic paste¼ teaspoon Lemon Pepper Spice¼ teaspoon Chicken Spice or any spice..½ teaspoon Baking PowderOil for drizzling
For the Creamy Sauce: 1 tablespoon butter ¼ cup cream or ¼ cup milk added 2 teaspoon mayo(mix well,2 tablespoon (Medium Peri-Peri sauce),any brand4 teaspoon honey or sugarServed with salad ,garlic rolls and garlic potatoes & thyme 👍🇵🇸
METHOD
Mix all spices in a bowl & rub the winglets with all the spices. Add the baking powder lastly & drizzle some oil onto the wings.Let this rest in the fridge for 1 hour .Add the wings on the baking tray@ Bake 190 degrees for 35 minutes until golden & crispy.Leave it in the oven (switch the stove off) for extra 5 -10 minutes ,more crispy wings!!!
Cook the sauce for 10 minutes on the stove until thick & pour the sauce over your wings.

Baking powder gives the wings crispy texture🌺🌺🌺
