INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken wings ( skin on) 2 tablespoon olive oil Small tin tomato paste 1 tablespoon crushed garlic Juice of 1 lime 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder1 teaspoon Paprika½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
METHOD
Marinate wings for a few hours.Lay wings on an oven tray.Place parboiled baby potatoes in between & butternut slices in between as well.Dot with butter and a good sprinkle of Aromatic Potato Spice all over.Bake at 180 degrees till done.Turn oven to grill before serving to crisp the skin.
