INGREDIENTS
1kg Chicken Fillet Marinade 2 tablespoon lemon juice4-6 tablespoon yogurt1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon Dhana1 teaspoon Jeera½ teaspoon turmeric powder
Sauce ingredients2 tablespoon butter1 teaspoon Jeera seeds1 onion2-4 tomatoes3 tablespoon ginger garlic1-2 Thai chillies4 tablespoon cashews3 tablespoon tomato pasteSalt to taste¼ teaspoon kasoori Methi (Fenugreek)½ teaspoon chilli powder½ teaspoon Dhana½ teaspoon Jeera powder¼ teaspoon tumeric250 ml heavy cream
METHOD
Marinate your chicken in yogurt, lemon juice and above spices
-Cook the chicken in a little oil and when it's done take it out of the pan-add the ingredients for the sauce and cook it in the same pan- once done add it to a blender and blend until smooth- add the chicken back into the pan-run the sauce through a strainer( this may take some time and arm musleces to get all the sauce out but have patience and keep pushing down to get all the sauce out)-add it to the chicken put on low heat and add the heavy cream and some coriander leaves

I like serving it with raita and Naan
You can have it with rice or whatever you like
