INGREDIENTS
12 wings
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon red chilli paste
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon roberston spicy chicken spice
1 tablespoon soya sauce
Salt to taste .
5 tablespoon corn flour.
Sauce :
3 tablespoon Maggie's chilli garlic sauce
3 tablespoon soya sauce
3 tablespoon crystal sauce
3 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon apricot jam
2 tablespoon vinegar
Dash water
METHOD
Marinate chicken for 1 hour . Add the corn flour to the wings . In oil fry chicken wings or Grease an oven try and allow the wings to cook both sides 10 minutes each . In a pan simmer the sauce , add the cooked chicken wings to the pan , toss and allow sauce to coat all the pieces . Place back in the oven for 20 minutes or longer for however crispy you prefer or just serve after coating with sauce .
