1 french loaf - cut into thick slices
250 ml fresh cream whipped
1⁄2 red pepper chopped tiny
few slices bottled jalapenos chopped tiny
1⁄2 teaspoon ground green chili
1 teaspoon oregano
handful chopped spring onion
1⁄2 can cream style corn
3 tablespoon garlic butter grated cheese to sprinkle over
preheat oven to 180 degrees
place the sliced loaf in a Pyrex
pour the garlic butter
sprinkle the chopped up goodies evenly .
whip cream until sift .
mix the spices and chili in the corn and spread that evenly .
lastly add the cream evenly .
add salt only if necessary
sprinkle grated cheese .
bake until warm and cheese has melted .
