½ steak I used rump ( cut big pieces ) 1 teaspoon crushed garlic ½ tdp ginger 1 teaspoon ground green chili 1 tablespoon gorimas pepper steak spice ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 bbq spice salt to taste 2 tablespoon vinegar
sauce : 2 tablespoon flour 2 tablespoon butter 1 ½ cups milk 4 tablespoon nandos pepper sauce handful grated mozzarella cheese salt to taste
you can garnish with dhania (coriander) or serve with stir fried red or yellow peppers
marinade and cook steak in butter until soft and tender , add water and cook on medium heat until done .
sauce : add the butter to a pot and allow to melt add flour and allow this to melt into the butter continue stirring . add milk little at a time to avoid lumps . stir until thick . remove from heat add the sauce and cheese and stir until this dissolves. add more milk if you dont like it too thick .
