you can garnish with dhania (coriander) or serve with stir fried red or yellow peppers
marinade and cook steak in butter until soft and tender , add water and cook on medium heat until done .
add the butter to a pot and allow to melt add flour and allow this to melt into the butter continue stirring . add milk little at a time to avoid lumps . stir until thick . remove from heat add the sauce and cheese and stir until this dissolves.
add more milk if you dont like it too thick .
