INGREDIENTS
3 cups milk
1 cup evaporated milk
½ cup coconut milk
2 tablespoon coconut milk powder
¾ cups desicated coconut
METHOD
Cook above on low heat & keep stirring for approx 20 minutes & take off stove
Then beat in 1 tin condensed milk & 1 tin Nestle dessert cream & colour light pink
Cool completely in fridge then churn in ice cream machine.
Top with fresh grated coconut
Enjoy!
