1. Saute onion and pepper rings in ghee (Clarified butter) till soft.2. Fry potatoes, season potatoes, add some garlic flakes and sour cream. 3. Simmer with onions and peppers and serve. Note: I didn't have garlic flakes so used garlic butter.
