1 onion (cut in rings)
1 green pepper (cut in rings/julienned)
ghee (Clarified butter)
Handful baby potatoes (cut in halves) OR 2 large potatoes (cut into chips)
Salt (to taste)
1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon garlic flakes
1⁄2 cup Lancewood sour cream
Saute onion and pepper rings in ghee (Clarified butter) till soft.
Fry potatoes, season potatoes, add some garlic flakes and sour cream. Simmer with onions and peppers and serve.
Note: I didnt have garlic flakes so used garlic butter.
