Creamy jalapeño prawns in phyllo baskets

500g prawns cleaned, washed and drained
In a pot warm a slice of butter, add 2 tablespoons jalapeño sauce, a good sprinkling of aromat, 1 teaspoon crushed garlic, 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon pepper, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly chopped parsley & pink Himalayan salt to taste. Mix.
Add prawns and cook on low heat till done and saucy.
Put prawns in phyllo. Present on a platter and serve.
For the phyllo baskets. Brush each sheet of phyllo with melted butter or ghee (Clarified butter). Cut into squares to fit your pan. Bake at 180C till golden.
