2 chicken fillets cubed a bit big Marinate for ½ hour 1 teaspoon ginger garlic ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garam masala 2 heaped tablespoon Tikka Boti masala ½ teaspoon paprika (optional) 1 heaped tablespoon chicken spice (I used adegas) 1Tblsp lemon juice
In non stick casserole Add 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) All the cubed fillets Cook a while Add ½ cubed chunky green pepper 1 small onion cut in 4 Cook well add very little water if not soft Make sure chicken and peppers are soft Add 250ml fresh cream Cook till cream is slightly reduced But must be nice gravy Garnish with chopped green dhania (coriander) Serve with rice Enjoy
