1 kg chicken fillet cut into strips1 teaspoon dhanna Jeeru (Cumin)1 ½ teaspoon ginger garlic red masala ( depending on how strong you like)salt to taste¼ cup steers chicken marinade 1 onion cubed1 green pepper cubed1 tomato cubed½ teaspoon lemon pepper½ teaspoon mixed herb2 tablespoon mustard sauce1 sachet tomato paste fresh cream
marinade chicken with the first 5 ingredients & cook halfway with ghee (Clarified butter) , mix the veggies with sauce and spices & add to half cooked chicken ,once the chicken is cooked add 100ml fresh cream , simmer and serve with garlic naan or rice
