2 cups pasta of your choice Boil in salt water with 2 tablespoon oil al dente Drain, set aside.
2 cups chicken fillet, cubed 1 small onion, chopped 2 tablespoon butter /oil 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic 1 teaspoon crushed green chillies 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Tomato, diced Green pepper, diced 1 cup fresh cream Grated cheese
Method : Braise onion in butter /oil, add chicken with all ingredients, except mayo. Cook until chicken is tender, water has evaporated but still moist. Add the mayonnaise mix well. Gently toss cooked pasta. Pour into a oven proof / pyrex dish. Add the cream, sprinkle tomato and peppers over add lots of grated cheese. Place into the oven on 180 deg until cheese has melted and heated through.
