FOR THE MARINADE
1 kg Cut Up Chicken 3Tblsp Oil 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic1 teaspoon Garlic 1 tablespoon Lemon juice +-1 teaspoon Ground Green Chilli+-1 tablespoon Red Ground Chilli paste or to Taste½ teaspoon tumeric (Optional if u want colour)1 teaspoon Dhana jeera mix1 tablespoon finely crushed Black or white pepper or Lemon Pepper1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 tablespoon any Chicken spice+-¼ Cup MayonnaiseMix all of the above together Keep for few hours or overnight
When ready to cookIn a Pot Heat 3-4 tablespoon Butter Add the above MarinatedChicken Cook on lowSteam Robot Peppers And add to pot when Chicken is almost doneADJUST THE SALT CHILLI AND SAUCES. MAY USE ANY LEMON AND HERB SAUCES FOR EXTRA FLAVOUR
Garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander). Serve with fried Potato wedges / Mash/ Or Any Pasta or Savory Rice
