Crunchy chicken casserole.
4 chicken fillets slit, cut & washed.
Marinate with 2 tablespoon tomato sauce, 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste, 1 teaspoon ground garlic, 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoon lemon juice.
Cook with butter.
Fry chips crispy. Once fried, sprinkle salt to taste, vinegar, tomato sauce & mayo. Mix all together.
Cut pur in thin strips, fry & set aside.
In a pyrex set chicken, put chips over, put ½ pur over chips. Sprinkle grated cheese & bake in oven. Than sprinkle balance of pur over be4 serving.
Garnish with freshly cut dhania (coriander) & cherry tomatoes.
