1. Braise onion and carrots in oil till just softening.2. Add chicken cubes and chillies and mix in.3. Add veggie seasoning mix in, cook till chicken is half done.4. Add water and milk. Heat through.5. Add in packet soup, mix in.6. Add in butter and diced potato.7. Cook till thickened, then add in chopped coriander and cream.8. Heat through. Serve with croutons.
