INGREDIENTS
2 cups cous cous( cook according to box)
1 smal green pepper
2 onions
1 ¼ cup mix veg
2 pieces fillet( cut into cubes)
Fresh dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Then make cous cous as instructed
and leav aside I add zeal and little extra salt.,and pepper.jst taste
Then slice onion and pepper in to slices thinly..
Then braise in little coconut oil if u dnt hv it k nrmal oil
Then add in your mix veg wen onion braise nicely in colour, then add in any seasoning u want to spice it up
Remove frm pan add into cous cous then make your fillet..
Marinate it wth some chicken spice, lemon juice, bbq spice and paprika..
Then cook in some butter or oil till done..add to the cous cous ontop like I dd..enjoyed it a wth yummy crunchy salad
