Very simple no cream just milk3 pieces Chicken fillets cubed1 large sliced or cubed onionBraise onion in 3 tablespoon ButterAdd chicken fillets½ teaspoon garlic½ teaspoon red ginger garlic masala1 teaspoon green chillies½ teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin)½ teaspoon dhana powder¼ teaspoon tumeric(optional)½ teaspoon lemon pepper½ teaspoon white pepperLittle salt to tasteAdd a bit if lemon juice Cook till chicken is done Add cut up.sliced mushroomsAnd Red /Green peppersNow add 2 cups milkCook on lowIn a bowl make a paste with little Water or milkMixed with 2 tablespoon mushroom soup powder and 2 tablespoon white onion powderAdd to the chickenLet it boilAnd 2 tablespoon full packet of the chicken Ala king cook in sauce powder if avaulable OR you can add 1 tablespoon flour And 1 cup milk again Cook till done and your gravy is nice and slightly thickishGarnish with parsley and origanumAnd little chopped green dhania (coriander)Serve on a bed of rice use1 ½ cup boiled rice braise in whole Jeeru (Cumin) butter and 3 cut up green chillies and thereafter toss some Chopped green dhania (coriander) over the rice and mix it in For easy tip You can add only ½ packet chicken Ala king powderAnd 2 tablespoon mushroom.soup powderAnd omit the flour and the white onion soup And for a much creamier taste at the end add cream
