½ kg chicken fillet cut into strips ½ cup flour 3 tablespoon corn flour 1 tablespoon ginger 1 teaspoon green chilli 1 teaspoon red chilli powder / Kashmiri chilli Salt 1 egg Oil for deep frying
1 tablespoon crushed garlic ( I used fresh ) 1 teaspoon ginger ( I grated fresh ) Veggies 1 red onion opened up 1 green pepper cubes ½ yellow pepper cubes Handful spring onions
Sauce 4 teaspoon soya sauce ½ cup Maggie chilli garlic sauce ½ cup jojo chilli sauce 1 cup water
Crack egg and whisk , add all the pieces of chicken . Mix the rest of the ingredients with flours , add all that to the chicken , make sure all is coated . Heat up oil and deep fry until done .
Before serving : In a pan add oil , onions , peppers and allow to stir fry on medium heat for atleast 3 minutes add the garlic and ginger sauté until you smell the flavors . Now add all the sauces including the water and simmer for 2 minutes . Add the fried chicken to this . Garnish with spring onions
