1 Elmea double cream150g liqourice toffees (I prefer the Woolworths ones)1lt vanilla ice cream
METHOD
1.)leave vanilla ice cream out to melt slightly...not too runny.2.)mix liqourice toffees and cream in a saucepan and melt on low heat till till toffee is completely dissolved (stir frequently).3.)mix (1.) and (2.) pour into mounds and freeze overnight.4.)remove from freezer 10-15mins before serving .
