3 cups crushed oreos2 teaspoon baking powder1 ½ cup milk500 ml fresh creamPlain chocolate slab
Mix the oreos baking powder and milk. Place in to a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes till firm. Once cool whip about 350 ml fresh cream till stiff and pour on top. Warm the remaining cream and mix with the chocolate to make a ganache .. Once cool add on top .. Decorate as desired..

i used the top deck mint for the ganache and decorated with aero mint
