5 tablespoon saigoA handful of vermicelli 1 litre milkHalf cup sugar2 tablespoon custard powder1 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)Half teaspoon china grass/falooda powder1 big tin nestle cream1 tin condense milk1 tin fruit salad
METHOD
1. Boil the saigo with the vermicelli till in 3 cups of water on medium till softened 2. Boil milk with falooda powder seperately and add in your dissolved custard powder and maizena (corn flour) once the milk is boiled.3. Beat in your condensed milk, and nestle cream to the milk mixture4. Add in your saigo mixture 5. Cool mixture and then add your fruit salad. (Drain out the syrup)6. Mix in some nuts and leave mixture to set7. Prepare some jelly and place pieces of the jelly on the topEnjoy! π
