INGREDIENTS
Klim dessert
Fatima Asif Latif
1 litre milk
2 teaspoon ghas powder
2 tablespoon custard powder
2 tablespoon klim
¼ cup water
1 tin condensed milk
1 big tin nestle dessert cream
METHOD
Bring milk to boil in a thick based pot. Mix ghas powder in a little water to make a paste. Mix custard powder and klim in water. When milk starts to boil whisk in ghas and klim and custard mixture. Boil for a few minutes. Then add in condensed milk. Switch off stove add in half tin cream. Leave to set. Drizzle cream over. Decor as desired. Serve.
