Original Recipe: Louise Davidson (Desserts in Minutes)

3 tablespoon creamy (smooth) peanut butter1 ⅓ tablespoon white sugar1 large egg
Using a fork, whisk the ingredients in a large, microwave-safe mug until the batter is smooth, sticky and looks like a different form of peanut butter, scraping off peanut butter or batter when necessary.Microwave for 1 minute or more.Leave to cool for some time before serving.
INFO & TIPS
The white sugar can be subbed for brown sugar.
You can use Nutella in place of peanut butter but I didn't test that out yet. (Be wild)
Was made overnight.
The cake is half-eaten coz it was my mom's birthday today!
