INGREDIENTS
Chicken filling 1 onion (grated, squeeze out the juice)3 tablespoon butter½ teaspoon crushed chillies½ teaspoon salt1 kg boiled and shredded chicken ½ teaspoon red chillie powder3 tablespoon tandoori chicken masala OR Robertson chicken spic1 teaspoon black pepperBunch of chopped dhania (coriander)
Bun dough 3 cups cake flour 2 tablespoon sugar ½ teaspoon salt 1 egg2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)/butter1 tablespoon oil1 and ½ cup warm milk½ cup fresh cream2 teaspoon yeast
1 eggSesame seeds
METHOD
Chicken filling:*Cube the chicken fillet *Boil and shred the chicken *In a pot add cook the onion in butter for 2 minutes *Add in the chillies and salt and mix* Add in the shredded chicken and mixAdd in the masalaWhen the chicken is cooked add in the crushed black pepper and dhania (coriander)/corinaderWhen cool add in Mayo, chillie sauce and pepper sauce Fill the bunsBake at 160° for 10-15 minutes until light golden brown
bun dough*Combine everything besides the milk *Add in enough milk to make a soft dough
Brush the buns with egg and sprinkle some sesame seeds over. Enjoy ♥️
INFO & TIPS
I used a round cutter , placed a Tspn of filling and made mini buns, make sure the bottom of the bun is closed properly
