INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cut into ¼'s. Make slits. Wash and drained well. Marinate in:1 teaspoon chaat masala 1 teaspoon ginger garlic 1 tablespoon tandoori masala 1 tablespoon braai (bbq) tikka Marinade1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 2 teaspoon chilli powder ½ cup yogurt 1 teaspoon kasoori Methi (Fenugreek) Red coloring. Marinate above. Steam few minutes. braai (bbq). Baste with leftover marinade mixed with little oil Serve with a side of choice. I served cheesy baked potatoes
METHOD
Cut potatoes not all the way thru. Boil till fork tender. Bake 15 minutes. Put small slices of cheese in between slits. Boil 1 cup milk and 1 packet knorr creamy cheese sauce till thick. Pour over. Bake sprinkle chopped chives and dollops of sour cream . Serve
